How we work

No surprises, start to finish

Building work has a reputation for going over budget and over time. Most of that comes down to nobody owning the programme.

    We come and look

    We’ll come round, measure up and talk through what you’re after. If the budget won’t stretch to it, you’ll hear that from us at the site visit rather than halfway through the job.

  2. 02

    We build it and clean up

    You’ll get a programme you can hold us to. We keep the site tidy, and we walk round the finished job with you before we ask for the final payment.

Do you cover all the trades yourselves?

Yes. Building, architectural design, plumbing, electrics, landscaping, plastering and rendering are all handled in-house.

How much does an extension or renovation cost?

Too much depends on the property for a figure here to be any use to you. Get in touch and we’ll come and look at the job properly.

How far do you travel?

We work across Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Chichester and the surrounding Hampshire coast. If you’re a bit outside that, ask anyway and we’ll tell you quickly whether we can help.

Can you help with planning permission?

We can. Our architectural team handles measured surveys, drawings, planning applications and building regulations packages.
